Effective July 25, 2026
These terms apply when you use EmergencyRestore.com or call our dispatch line, operated by EmergencyRestore, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the site or the line, you accept them.
We operate a referral and dispatch service: we connect you with independent local restoration contractors. We are not a restoration contractor, we do not perform or supervise restoration work, and we are not a party to any contract you enter with a contractor. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first - this service is for property emergencies, not life-safety emergencies.
Network contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, and conduct. We screen for active licensing and insurance at intake, but you should verify credentials yourself before signing anything - ask for the license number. Any dispute about work performed is between you and the contractor.
Participating contractors pay us for connections. Calling us and being connected costs you nothing.
Guides and articles on this site are general information about emergency restoration - not professional, engineering, legal, or insurance advice, and not a substitute for an on-site assessment. Insurance outcomes depend on your policy; confirm coverage with your carrier or adjuster.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service or this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any independent contractor, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Don't misuse the site or the line: no false requests, no scraping or republishing site content at scale, no interfering with the service's operation.
These terms are governed by Ohio law, and any dispute with us will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Ohio, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Questions: (888) 526-6436. See also our Privacy Policy, Communications & SMS Terms, and Call Recording Notice.
