EmergencyRestore.com is operated by EmergencyRestore, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. We run a 24/7 dispatch line that connects homeowners and property managers with independent local restoration contractors for water, fire, smoke, mold, and biohazard emergencies.

We're the dispatcher, not the contractor

The crews who show up at your door are independent restoration companies in our network - not our employees. Each contractor contracts with you directly for the work. Our job is the part that's hardest in an emergency: answering at 2am, finding a crew near you that can actually come now, and getting them moving.

Check your contractor

Every crew is an independent business, and we don't warrant or guarantee any work they perform. Before you sign anything, ask the contractor for its license number and proof of insurance, and verify that it holds what the work and your state require.

How we're paid

Calling us is free and there's no obligation. Participating contractors compensate us for the connections we send them - that's the whole business model, and it means we only do well when we send crews jobs they can actually handle. You never pay us anything; you pay your contractor for the restoration work you agree to, and sudden-loss work is typically billed to your homeowner's insurance.
