This notice explains the contact consent you give when you call EmergencyRestore, LLC or submit a callback request on this site.

What you're agreeing to

By submitting a callback request or calling our line, you ask us to respond - and you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages about your service request at the number you provide, from:

• EmergencyRestore, LLC (our dispatch team), and
• the network contractor assigned to your request, with whom your telephone number may be shared so they can reach you directly.

These calls and texts may be placed using an automated telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice messages. Message and data rates may apply. This consent applies only to your service request - it is not a sign-up for marketing, and it is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opting out

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Tell any agent or contractor "don't call me again" - we honor it.
• Or call (888) 526-6436 and ask to be removed.

Opting out stops future outreach but may make it impossible to complete your service request if a crew can't reach you.

Do Not Call

Responding to a request you made is not telemarketing. We do not place cold marketing calls, and we honor the National Do Not Call Registry and internal do-not-call requests for any marketing contact.
